Seahorse Cards

My latest batch of cards made using some of the toppers I had started – not added sentiments yet. All made with my new Kuretake Gansai Tambi Japanese Watercolour Paints (36 Colour Set) from Amazon. The stamps were from @Wish and the starfish embellishments and coloured beads were too. I highlighted the seahorses with gold Spectrum Noir Sparkle Markers. The other embellishments were my favourite Nuvo Drops to match the backgrounds. I used a metallic multicolour stamp for some of the greenery and added highlights with a white gel pen. All in my favourite colours! If you know anyone who would like a card like this please get in touch.

First Christmas Card Made!

First Christmas Card made with the set free with the Papercrafter Magazine that my article is in. I used clear Nuvo Drops for the snow to fill the white space. I cut a piece of the card in the set to make the ground, popped out the die cuts, trimming any edges that were needed, and layered them up on the card.

I made this yesterday, I tried going in the craft room today but according to my car it’s 36.5 degreees today and as hot air rises, upstairs is out of bounds today – unless I want to end up as a puddle on the floor ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Twinkling H2O Cards Made Up

I stamped the flower and butterfly images using Versamark ink in my Tim Holtz stamping platform. I then heat embossed with Wow Embossing Powder Opaque Bright White. I coloured the images with LuminArte Twinkling H2O’s – Ivy Iris, Cherry Sorbet and Razzleberry. I also used these colours for the background of the butterflies. I matted the finished panels in coordinating card and made the cards up. As a finishing touch I splattered some of the same colours using a brush on the backgrounds and added pearl gems or Nuvo Drops in Pink Champagne and Wisteria Purple. Finished off with sentiments and peel offs.

Pixie Dust

Large topper made using Creative Expressions Craft Cosmic Coloured Pixie Dust (appropriate for a pixie card!) in Rich Gold on top of Tonic Studios Nuvo Shimmer Powder Cherry Bomb. The Pixie toppers are from Hunkydory. I die cut a fairy (donโ€™t know what make) and finished off with letters and Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops in Ebony Black and Pink Champagne. I will share the finished card when I make it up as the Nuvo Drops will have dried differently.

Another topper with my @tonicstudios Shimmer Powders spritzed with water. Really enjoying experimenting with different backgrounds. Have made a few now and really pleased with the results.
